1. Services

Hot Reels Inshore Charters provides inshore fishing charter services, including guided trips departing from our designated dock locations. Specific details regarding trip length, departure times, and boat availability are provided at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• A valid payment (deposit or full payment) is required to confirm your reservation.

• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the trip. Remaining balances (if any) must be paid before departure.

• Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment system.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made [X days] or more before the scheduled trip may be eligible for a refund of the deposit or payment, minus processing fees. Cancellations within [X days] of the trip may forfeit the deposit.

• Weather or Safety Cancellations: Hot Reels Inshore Charters reserves the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather or conditions. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.

• No-Shows: Customers who fail to appear for their scheduled trip without notice will forfeit all payments.

4. Assumption of Risk

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. By booking with Hot Reels Inshore Charters, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, water hazards, equipment use, and marine wildlife. We strongly recommend all guests follow the captain’s instructions at all times.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Reels Inshore Charters and its affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense sustained by participants, except where directly caused by gross negligence.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must comply with all local fishing regulations, safety rules, and captain’s instructions.

• Consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderation but intoxicated guests may not be allowed to board.

• Guests are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and personal items.
